    The core product of this solution is the 10kV and 33kV XLPE insulated ABC (Aerial Bundled Cable) cable that complies with IEC international standards. Specifically designed for aerial installation scenarios, it adopts an integrated structure of "phase conductors + neutral conductor + grounding conductor" and combines the excellent insulation performance of XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) to achieve the dual goals of reducing power supply system outage rates and improving safety performance. It is widely applicable to aerial power supply scenarios such as urban and rural distribution network upgrades, industrial park power supply, and power transmission in remote areas, providing a reliable solution to solve problems such as traditional overhead lines being vulnerable to environmental interference and having multiple safety hazards.​ In terms of product structure and core performance, the ABC cable adopts a "multi-core co-extrusion + integrated sheath" design, integrating phase conductors (1-3 pieces), neutral conductor (1 piece), and grounding conductor (1 piece) into the same sheath. The phase and neutral conductors are made of high-purity electrolytic copper or aluminum alloy, with cross-sectional areas ranging from 25mm² to 240mm², which can be flexibly selected according to power supply load. The grounding conductor is made of soft copper wire braiding or galvanized steel wire to ensure grounding conductivity and mechanical strength. The insulation layer is made of XLPE material, which forms a three-dimensional network molecular structure through high-temperature cross-linking treatment. The insulation thickness of the 10kV specification is ≥3.4mm, and that of the 33kV specification is ≥6.0mm, both meeting the requirements of IEC 60502-2 standard. The long-term operating temperature can reach 90℃, the short-circuit withstand temperature is 250℃ (within 5 seconds), the dielectric loss tangent value is ≤0.003 (at 100℃), and the partial discharge quantity is ≤10pC (under 1.73 times the rated voltage), which is far superior to traditional PVC insulation, effectively reducing power supply failures caused by insulation aging.​ The sheath layer is made of weather-resistant polyolefin material, added with UV-resistant and anti-aging additives. After 168 hours of xenon lamp aging test, the tensile strength retention rate is ≥80% and the elongation at break retention rate is ≥70%, which can resist environmental impacts such as UV radiation, wind and rain erosion, and high-low temperature alternation (-40℃-70℃) during aerial installation. At the same time, the sheath has flame-retardant performance (oxygen index ≥32%, complying with IEC 60332-1 standard), which can inhibit flame spread even in case of local faults, reducing fire risks. In addition, the overall weight of the cable is more than 40% lighter than the combination of traditional overhead bare conductors and insulation brackets, and it can be directly installed using existing electric poles without large-scale transformation of line brackets, significantly reducing construction costs and construction period.​ In terms of safety and reliability advantages, the solution reduces outage rates and improves safety through three designs: First, the integrated structure eliminates the exposed gaps between phase conductors and between phase conductors and grounding bodies of traditional overhead lines, avoiding short-circuit faults caused by foreign object Lapping (such as tree branches and kite strings). According to actual application data statistics, it can reduce the instantaneous fault outage rate of the line by more than 60%. Second, the XLPE insulation layer has excellent breakdown resistance. The 10kV cable has no breakdown for 1 minute under 18kV voltage, and the 33kV cable has no breakdown for 1 minute under 36kV voltage, which can resist impacts such as lightning overvoltage and operating overvoltage, reducing permanent faults. Third, the grounding conductor is installed synchronously with the phase conductors and neutral conductor, with a grounding resistance of ≤10Ω, which can quickly conduct fault current, avoiding personal safety accidents caused by step voltage and touch voltage, and complying with the safe grounding requirements of IEC 61936-1 standard.​ In terms of scenario adaptability, the solution can accurately meet different aerial power supply needs: In the upgrading of urban and rural distribution networks, 10kV ABC cables can replace traditional bare conductors, solving the problems of messy lines and vulnerability to residents' activities in old urban areas. For example, in urban village reconstruction projects, aerial installation can reduce the impact on ground traffic and buildings, while reducing the power outage frequency caused by line short circuits. 33kV ABC cables are suitable for medium-voltage main lines in industrial parks and economic development zones. For example, in large manufacturing parks, they can realize efficient power supply from substations to various branch factories, and their weather resistance and anti-interference performance can cope with complex environments such as mechanical vibration and dust pollution in the park. In power transmission in remote mountainous areas and rural areas, the lightweight design of the cable facilitates installation in areas with complex terrain, and the low-temperature resistance can adapt to severe cold in mountainous areas in winter, reducing line icing faults caused by ice and snow coverage, and ensuring continuous power supply in remote areas.​ In addition, the product complies with IEC international standards throughout the entire process. The production process strictly follows IEC 60502-2 (medium-voltage cables), IEC 60840 (XLPE insulation), IEC 61089 (conductors) and other standards. Each batch of products undergoes multiple tests such as conductor resistance test (copper conductor ≤0.017241Ω·mm²/m), insulation withstand voltage test, weather resistance test, and flame retardant test to ensure performance compliance.
