With its unique structure and excellent performance, it plays an important role in the field of power transmission. The rated voltage of this cable is 1000V, suitable for AC 50/60Hz power grids, and can meet the power transmission needs of various equipment in power stations. The conductor is made of high-purity aluminum (purity ≥99.5%), and is made into a 4-core structure through the compact stranding process. The cross-sectional specifications include 10mm², 16mm², 25mm², and 35mm². The DC resistance of the 10mm² conductor at 20℃ is ≤1.83Ω/km, and the DC resistance of the 35mm² conductor is ≤0.524Ω/km. The low resistance ensures less energy loss during power transmission. The compact stranded structure not only enhances the flexibility of the conductor, with a minimum bending radius of 8 times the outer diameter of the cable, facilitating laying in the complex space of the power station, but also improves the mechanical strength of the conductor, which can withstand a certain amount of tension and pressure. The insulation layer is made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) material, which can withstand a temperature of up to 90℃, with a volume resistivity of ≥1×10¹⁴Ω·cm, and excellent insulation performance. Under the ambient temperature difference of -40℃ to 90℃, the insulation layer can maintain stable performance without hardening, cracking and other phenomena, ensuring the safety of power transmission. The insulation layer has a uniform thickness, with an eccentricity of ≤15%, and a partial discharge amount of ≤10pC, which further improves the insulation reliability of the cable. The armor layer is made of aluminum, with a thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 0.8mm depending on the cross-sectional specification. Aluminum armoring not only has a good mechanical protection effect, which can resist external mechanical damages such as collision and extrusion, but also has certain corrosion resistance, adapting to the possibly humid environment in the power station. The outer sheath is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, with a thickness of 1.8-2.5mm, which has good acid and alkali resistance and UV resistance, and can protect the internal structure of the cable from erosion by the external environment, prolonging the service life of the cable. The current-carrying capacity of this series of cables is excellent. When laid in air, the current-carrying capacity of 10mm² cable is about 55A, and that of 35mm² cable can reach 110A; when laid underground, the current-carrying capacity of 10mm² is about 45A, and that of 35mm² is about 90A. Such current-carrying capacity can meet the power needs of small and medium-sized motors, transformers and other equipment in the power station. The production process strictly follows relevant standards, with a complete quality control system from raw material inspection to finished product testing. Finished cables need to pass multiple tests such as power frequency withstand voltage (3kV/5min without breakdown), insulation resistance test, and mechanical performance test to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements.
