NH-VLY (Al) fire-Resistant Cable features Aluminum Conductor (3×240mm²+1×120mm²) construction, meeting stringent safety requirements. Complies with GB/T 19666-2005 and IEC 60331 standards.

2. Construction

  • Conductor: Class 2 stranded Al (IEC 60228)

  • Fire-resistant layer: Dual mica tape wrapping

  • Insulation: XLPE (1.8mm thickness)

  • Cabling: Compact sector-shaped

  • Filler: Flame-retardant inorganic material

  • Inner sheath: LSZH material

  • Outer sheath: Black PVC (2.8mm thickness)
