Material
Conductor: Aluminum (Al) is used as the conductor. Aluminum has good electrical conductivity and can effectively transmit electricity. Compared with copper, aluminum has a lower price, which reduces the production cost of the cable to a certain extent and makes the cable have a high cost performance. At the same time, aluminum has a low density, so the weight of the cable is relatively light, which is convenient for transportation and installation.
Insulation layer: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) is used as the insulation layer. XLPE has excellent temperature resistance and can maintain a stable insulation effect in a relatively high temperature environment. Even when the cable generates heat during long-term operation, it can effectively prevent current leakage. Style
Conductor Preparation: First, strictly screen aluminum raw materials to remove impurities. Then, melt the aluminum materials. Insulation Layer Extrusion: Adopt the extrusion molding process. Cabling: Strand four cores covered with insulation layers together in a certain stranding way. Sheath Extrusion (if any): According to actual needs, some cables may have a sheath extruded on the outside after cabling. The sheath material usually has certain wear resistance, corrosion resistance and moisture resistance, which can further protect the internal structure of the cable. The extrusion process is similar to that of the insulation layer, and the quality of the sheath must be guaranteed.
Inspection and Testing: After production, conduct a series of strict inspection and testing on the cable. Including appearance inspection to check whether the surface of the cable is damaged or deformed; dimension measurement to detect whether the cross-sectional dimension and insulation layer thickness of the cable meet the standards; electrical performance testing such as insulation resistance testing and withstand voltage testing to ensure that the electrical performance of the cable meets the requirements; mechanical performance testing such as tensile strength and elongation at break to ensure that the cable has sufficient mechanical strength during use. Only cables that pass all tests can leave the factory.
Packaging Materials: Mainly use cable reels as packaging carriers. Cable reels are usually made of wood or metal, with sufficient strength and bearing capacity, which can support the weight of the cable and prevent the cable from being deformed during transportation and storage. On the outside of the cable reel, the cable will be wrapped with a plastic film. The plastic film can play the role of moisture proof and dust proof, avoiding pollution and damage to the cable surface. For some shorter cables, carton packaging may also be used, but buffer materials must be placed inside the carton to prevent the cables from colliding with each other during transportation.
Packaging Method: Neatly wind the cable on the cable reel. During winding, ensure that the cable is arranged closely without distortion or overlap to avoid extrusion and wear of the cable. After winding, wrap the entire cable tightly with a plastic film, then fix the cable on the cable reel with steel strips or ropes to prevent the cable from loosening during transportation. For cables of different specifications, select cable reels of appropriate sizes for packaging to improve the rationality of packaging.
Transportation Methods: Select appropriate transportation methods according to factors such as transportation distance, cable quantity and customer needs. For short-distance transportation, road transportation is generally used. Road transportation has high Flexibility and can directly deliver cables to the customer's designated place, which is suitable for small-batch and urgent orders. For long-distance transportation, railway transportation or long-distance road transportation can be chosen. Railway transportation has a large transportation capacity and good stability, which is suitable for transporting large quantities of cables; long-distance road transportation can cover a wider range of areas.
Transportation Precautions
Loading: When loading cables, use special hoisting equipment to avoid rough handling. The cable reels should be placed stably on the transport vehicle to ensure stable center of gravity and prevent tilting and toppling. Leave a certain gap between multiple cable reels to avoid collision and extrusion between them. At the same time, fix the cable reels on the vehicle with ropes or chains. The fixation must be firm and reliable to prevent displacement during transportation.
Protection: Take protective measures during transportation to prevent the cable from being exposed to direct sunlight, rain and high-temperature exposure. In case of bad weather, cover the cable with a rainproof cloth. In high temperatures in summer, try to choose to transport in the morning and evening to avoid cable aging due to high temperature. In addition, avoid contact between the cable and sharp objects to prevent the sheath from being cut.
Unloading: When unloading cables, also use appropriate equipment and lift and place them gently. It is strictly forbidden to directly push the cable reels off the transport vehicle to avoid damaging the cables and cable reels. After unloading, place the cable reels on a flat and solid ground and fix them to prevent rolling.
Delivery Process
Order Confirmation: After receiving the customer's order, the staff will check the order information in a timely manner, including the model, specification, quantity, delivery address and delivery time of the cable. After confirmation, notify the warehouse to prepare the goods. If there is inventory, take it directly from the warehouse; if there is no inventory, arrange the production department to organize production.
Goods Preparation: Warehouse managers find the corresponding cables according to the order information and recheck the model, specification and quantity of the cables to ensure they are consistent with the order. Then pack the cables according to the packaging requirements and prepare relevant documents such as delivery notes and certificates of conformity.
Transportation Arrangement: Contact the transportation company, inform them of relevant information about the transported goods, such as the weight, volume and transportation destination of the cables, and negotiate to determine the transportation cost and transportation time. Sign a transportation contract to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties.
Delivery Notification: After the cables are shipped, timely notify the customer of the delivery information, including the name of the transportation company, license plate number, waybill number and estimated arrival time, to facilitate the customer to prepare for receipt. At the same time, send relevant documents to the customer by express or electronic means.
Delivery Time: For cables in stock, packaging and delivery will be completed within 1-3 working days after order confirmation. For cables that need to be produced, the delivery time is determined according to the production cycle. Generally, the production cycle is 7-15 working days. The specific time will be adjusted according to the order quantity and production arrangement. During the production process, the production progress will be fed back to the customer in a timely manner. If there is a delay in delivery due to special circumstances, the customer will be notified in advance and the reason will be explained.
Sample Provision: Customers can apply to the company for samples before placing a formal order. The company will provide corresponding samples according to the model and specification specified by the customer. The length of the sample is generally 1-3 meters to meet the customer's needs for preliminary testing of the cable's appearance, material and performance.
Sample Cost: The samples themselves are provided free of charge, but the transportation cost of the samples is borne by the customer. If the customer places a bulk order subsequently and the order amount reaches a certain standard, the company will refund the transportation cost of the samples.
Sample Delivery: After receiving the customer's sample application, the staff will prepare the samples within 1-2 working days and send them by an appropriate express method.
