4X35mm²: The cross-sectional area of a Single Core is 35mm², the conductor diameter is approximately 7.4mm, and the rated current-carrying capacity (in air) is about 130A, suitable for small and medium-sized machine tools, conveyor belts and other equipment;
4X70mm²: The cross-sectional area of a single core is 70mm², the conductor diameter is approximately 10.5mm, and the rated current-carrying capacity is about 200A, which can meet medium-power equipment such as injection molding machines and small compressors;
4X95mm²: The cross-sectional area of a single core is 95mm², the conductor diameter is approximately 12.0mm, and the rated current-carrying capacity is about 240A, suitable for large fans, pumps and other equipment;

Bending radius: Not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable for static laying, and not less than 20 times for dynamic laying, to ensure that the core or insulation layer will not be damaged due to excessive bending during installation;
Short-circuit current tolerance: In an environment of 25℃, it can withstand a short-circuit current impact of 25kA within 3 seconds, avoiding conductor fusing or insulation breakdown caused by instantaneous large current;
Flame retardant grade: Passed the bundle combustion test of GB/T 18380.3-2008 standard, reaching the class B flame retardant requirement, which can effectively delay the spread of flame and reduce smoke release in case of fire.
The insulation layer uses water tree resistant XLPE material, which can inhibit insulation aging caused by water penetration;
An isolation layer (non-woven fabric or mica tape) is set between the armour layer and the sheath layer to avoid wear caused by direct friction between the metal armour and the sheath;
A semi-conductive water-blocking tape is used between the conductor and the insulation layer to prevent water from penetrating into the insulation layer along the conductor gap.
Oxygen-free copper rods (purity 99.99%) are selected, and processed into single wires by continuous extrusion machines. The diameter of single wires is controlled between 0.5-2.0mm according to the cross-section specifications;

After extrusion, the XLPE material passes through a cross-linking tube (temperature 180-200℃, pressure 0.8MPa) to complete the cross-linking reaction, ensuring a cross-linking degree of ≥ 75%;
The insulated core is tested by a spark tester (voltage 10kV) to ensure no pinholes and other defects.
The 4 insulated cores adopt a twist-free cabling process, arranged in an S/Z stranding manner to reduce torque stress during laying;
After cabling, a non-woven fabric isolation layer is wrapped to prevent friction between cores;

10% of each batch of cables is sampled for bending test and aging test (after 135℃ × 168h, the insulation tensile strength retention rate is ≥ 80%).
Cables with cross-section specifications of 4X35mm²-4X95mm² adopt wooden reels with a diameter of 800-1200mm; 4X120mm²-4X150mm² adopt steel-wooden reels with a diameter of 1200-1600mm, with a load-bearing capacity of 2-5 tons;
Both sides of the reel are equipped with steel flanges with a thickness of ≥ 10mm, and the edges are provided with reinforcing ribs to prevent deformation during hoisting;
The cables are neatly arranged on the reel, with kraft paper 隔离 between each layer to avoid sheath wear; the outer layer is wrapped with rainproof canvas and fixed with steel tapes to prevent loosening during transportation.
The length of each reel of cable is 100 meters, 200 meters or a customized length (maximum not exceeding 500 meters), and the actual length is marked on the side of the reel (error ≤ 0.5%);
The label contains product model, specification, voltage level, length, production batch number, execution standard (GB/T 12706.1-2020), production date and other information, accompanied by a certificate of conformity;
Labels for export products are added with English marks, in line with the standards of the destination country (such as EU CE certification mark, US UL certification mark, etc.).
For orders requiring sea transportation, the reels adopt galvanized steel reels and are waterproofed (wrapped with stretch film + coated with anti-rust paint);
Small batches of samples (≤ 50 meters) can be packaged in hard cardboard tubes, with plastic covers sealed at both ends, convenient for carrying and express transportation.
Road transportation: Use flatbed trucks, place the reels horizontally, and fix them on both sides of the carriage with steel wire ropes to avoid rolling during transportation; the speed does not exceed 80km/h, and slow down when turning or braking to prevent severe impact;
Railway transportation: Use boxcars or containers, isolate the reels with buffer pads to avoid mutual collision;
Sea transportation: Fix the reels in the container, pad wooden squares at the bottom to prevent moisture, and keep the cabin ventilated to avoid sheath aging caused by high temperature and humidity.
The storage site must be dry and ventilated, avoid direct sunlight, the ambient temperature is controlled at -15℃ to 40℃, and the relative humidity is ≤ 75%;
Cable reels should be stored vertically, with wooden racks at the bottom (≥ 10cm above the ground) to prevent ground moisture erosion;
Cables of different specifications should be stored separately, at a distance of ≥ 1 meter from heat sources (such as heating, boilers), and away from corrosive gases or chemicals;
The storage period does not exceed 2 years. If it exceeds the period, the insulation resistance (≥ 500MΩ·km) must be re-inspected before use.
After receiving the order, confirm the specification, quantity, delivery date and payment method within 12 hours;
Regular specifications (4X35mm², 4X70mm², 4X95mm²) are in stock, and can be arranged for shipment within 48 hours after payment;
The production cycle of special specifications (4X120mm², 4X150mm²) or customized requirements (such as Aluminum Conductors, special sheaths) is 7-15 days, and progress tracking services are provided during production.
Domestic orders: Select logistics methods according to the distance. For distances within 500 kilometers, adopt direct road transportation (2-3 days); for distances over 500 kilometers, adopt special line logistics (3-5 days);
Export orders: Sea transportation through ports (such as Shanghai, Guangzhou) is provided, with one-stop customs declaration and inspection services. The transportation cycle depends on the destination (about 30 days to Europe, about 15 days to Southeast Asia);
