Low voltage XLPE insulated, PVC insulated 10mm, 16mm, 25mm 4 core aluminium underground electric wires are cable products specially designed for underground power transmission. With unique structural and performance advantages, they play an important role in underground wiring scenarios such as urban power distribution, industrial plants, and residential communities.​ In terms of specification parameters, this series of wires adopts 4-core aluminium conductors, with conductor cross-sectional areas covering three common specifications: 10mm², 16mm², and 25mm², which can meet the needs of underground power transmission with different powers. The 10mm² wire is suitable for underground power supply of small electrical equipment, such as garden lighting and small irrigation systems; the 16mm² wire can be used for medium-power underground power distribution, such as power supply for public facilities in residential communities; the 25mm² wire can cope with large-power power transmission and is suitable for underground power lines in industrial plants. There are two types of insulation layers available: XLPE and PVC. The XLPE insulation layer has excellent heat resistance and electrical performance, with a working temperature of up to 90℃, which can maintain stable insulation effect in complex underground environments; the PVC insulation layer has good corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, with relatively low cost, suitable for general underground environments. The rated voltage of this series of wires is 0.6/1kV, which conforms to the standards of low-voltage distribution systems and can be safely applied to various low-voltage underground power transmission scenarios.​ In terms of performance characteristics, although the conductivity of aluminium conductors is slightly lower than that of copper, their low density and light weight greatly reduce the construction difficulty and transportation cost during underground laying. At the same time, a dense oxide film will form on the surface of the aluminium conductor, which can effectively resist corrosive substances in the underground soil and prolong the service life of the wire. The XLPE insulation layer has outstanding anti-aging performance and strong resistance to environmental stress cracking. Even if it is affected by temperature changes and humidity in the underground for a long time, it is not easy to age and crack. The PVC insulation layer has good flexibility, which is convenient for bending and laying in narrow underground spaces, and has good acid and alkali resistance and oil resistance, which can adapt to the erosion of oil stains and chemical substances that may exist underground. The 4-core structure design is suitable for the three-phase four-wire distribution system, which can transmit three-phase power and neutral wire at the same time, meeting the diversified needs of underground power distribution. In addition, this series of wires also has a certain compressive performance, which can withstand the pressure of underground soil and the rolling of ground vehicles, ensuring the stability of power transmission.​ The application scenarios are wide. In the underground power distribution network of urban roads, it can be used to connect municipal facilities such as street lamps and traffic lights to provide stable power for them; in the underground garages and under the green belts of residential communities, it can be used as the main power distribution line to transmit power to residential buildings; in the underground pipelines and cable trenches of industrial plants, the wires can provide power support for production equipment and storage facilities; in the underground of greenhouses in the agricultural field and around farmland irrigation systems, they can also be seen to supply power to agricultural electrical equipment. Because it is specially designed for underground environments, it can effectively resist adverse factors such as underground humidity, corrosion, and mechanical impact, ensuring the safety and reliability of power transmission.​ In terms of price, it varies according to the insulation material and cross-sectional area. PVC insulated wires are relatively cheap, suitable for projects with limited budgets; XLPE insulated wires are slightly more expensive due to better performance, but can show better economy in long-term use. The price of 10mm² wires is the lowest, and the price of 25mm² wires is relatively higher. Customers can choose according to actual power demand and budget. In general, this series of wires provides an economical, practical and reliable solution for underground low-voltage power transmission.
