Copper PE Insulated Ttu 0.6 Kv Electrical Cable 300 Mcm 500 Mcm 250 Mcm
This paper introduces copper-core PE-insulated Ttu 0.6kV cables, covering 300 Mcm, 500 Mcm, and 250 Mcm specifications, suitable for low-voltage distribution scenarios, especially outdoor and humid environments.
The conductor is made of high-purity electrolytic copper through compact stranding technology, featuring excellent conductivity, low power loss, and high mechanical strength, capable of withstanding tension and bending during laying. The insulation layer is polyethylene (PE), with excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and insulation performance. It can withstand a long-term temperature of 70℃ and 90℃ for short-term overload. Under 0.6kV voltage, the insulation resistance remains stable above 1000MΩ, effectively resisting moisture, ultraviolet rays, and chemical erosion.
Specification differences adapt to different loads: 500 Mcm has a current-carrying capacity of about 450A, suitable for large outdoor distribution trunk lines, such as industrial park main incoming lines; 300 Mcm has a current-carrying capacity of about 350A, ideal for power supply of medium-sized outdoor equipment, such as municipal street lamp system main lines; 250 Mcm has a current-carrying capacity of about 280A, mostly used in branch lines and small outdoor facilities, such as community distribution branch lines. The overall structure of the cable is compact, with an outer diameter increasing with specifications (about 55-70mm), supporting direct burial, pipe threading, and overhead laying, providing an efficient and durable solution for low-voltage outdoor power distribution.
