This paper introduces Nayy-J -O Al PVC PVC 0.6/1kV underground cables, covering four specifications: 16mm², 25mm², 50mm², and 70mm². Specifically designed for underground laying, they are suitable for low-voltage distribution systems.​ The cables adopt aluminum conductors (Al), which are lightweight and economical, reducing the construction difficulty of underground laying. Both the insulation layer and sheath are made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). PVC material is resistant to soil corrosion and moisture, capable of withstanding moisture, microorganisms, and mechanical impacts in the underground environment, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the cables. The "-O" identifier indicates that it has specific anti-corrosion or structural optimization designs, enhancing adaptability to underground environments.​ Different specifications have varying current-carrying capacities: 16mm² is approximately 80A, 25mm² about 105A, 50mm² around 160A, and 70mm² roughly 200A. They are respectively suitable for scenarios such as residential community branches, municipal pipe network power supply, and underground power distribution in industrial plants. The rated voltage of 0.6/1kV meets low-voltage transmission needs, and the overall compact structure is suitable for direct burial or pipe laying, providing a reliable and economical solution for underground power transmission.
