The THHW Aluminum Wire Cable series—spanning 4 AWG to 350MCM (including 6, 1/0, 2/0, 4/0 AWG)—delivers reliable 600V power distribution for commercial and industrial applications. Constructed with 1350-H19 aluminum (61% IACS conductivity), these single-conductor cables feature PVC insulation (1.0–2.2mm thickness) rated for 75°C continuous operation (105°C short-term).
Current capacities scale with gauge: 4 AWG (85A), 6 AWG (55A), 1/0 AWG (125A), 2/0 AWG (145A), 4/0 AWG (195A), 350MCM (310A). The stranded design (7–61 strands, 1.6–3.4mm diameter) ensures flexibility (6× OD bend radius) for conduit, cable trays, or dry locations.
PVC insulation resists oils, water, and abrasion, with flame-retardant properties (UL 94 V-2).
