The Caai Caai-S Aluminum Cable series—available in 325+116mm² and 335+125mm² configurations—represents high-performance XLPE-insulated solutions for low-voltage power distribution. Crafted from 1350-H19 aluminum alloy (61% IACS conductivity), these 4-conductor cables feature three phase conductors and one neutral, optimized for 0.6/1kV systems.
The 325+116 variant delivers 110A (phase) and 70A (neutral) at 90°C, while the 335+125 model provides 140A and 90A respectively. Both feature 7-strand conductors (2.1mm/2.5mm diameter) twisted at 12× lay length, ensuring flexibility (bend radius 8× OD) for indoor/outdoor installations.
XLPE insulation—UV and chemical resistant—operates from -40°C to 90°C, ensuring 30-year service. Compliant with IEC 60502 and ASTM B230, these cables balance tensile strength (1,800N/2,200N) and lightweight design (0.85kg/m/1.1kg/m), ideal for industrial plants, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects requiring reliable power transmission.
