The green-yellow grounding wire (also known as earth cable) is a professional-grade product focused on electrical safety protection, covering a full range of specifications from 10mm² to 70mm². Its core advantage lies in excellent heat and moisture resistance, making it widely applicable to various power systems, industrial equipment, and building facilities that require stable grounding.​ In terms of specification design, the grounding wire includes multiple models such as 10mm², 16mm², 25mm², 35mm², 50mm², and 70mm², which can accurately match different current load requirements. The 10-25mm² specifications are suitable for grounding protection of household circuits, small distribution boxes, and weak current equipment, such as smart home systems and security equipment; the 35-50mm² specifications are adapted to the grounding loops of medium-sized industrial machinery and commercial building power distribution trunk lines; the 70mm² specification is aimed at high-voltage equipment, large factories, and outdoor power facilities, which can effectively divert short-circuit current or lightning pulse, providing safety protection for high-power scenarios.​ Materials and craftsmanship are the core supports for its performance. The conductor is made of high-purity electrolytic copper, manufactured through multi-strand precision stranding technology, with a conductivity of over 98%, ensuring efficient and low-loss current conduction. The outer insulating sheath is made of special PVC composite material with heat and moisture resistance, which can withstand extreme temperature changes from -40℃ to 105℃. It can still maintain stable insulation performance in humid, rainy, or high-temperature environments (such as basements, kitchens, and outdoor distribution boxes), with an insulation resistance of ≥1000MΩ. It also has ultraviolet resistance and acid-alkali corrosion resistance, with a service life much longer than ordinary grounding wires.​ The product strictly complies with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) grounding standards and GB 50169 standards. The green-yellow color identification meets the globally recognized grounding safety certification, facilitating quick identification and standardized wiring. Its structural design takes into account both flexibility and mechanical strength. The diameter of a single copper wire is controlled at 0.12-0.28mm, and the overall bending radius is ≥6 times the cable diameter, which can easily pass through narrow pipes or complex wiring environments. At the same time, the tensile strength is ≥15MPa, which can withstand mechanical stress during laying.​ In addition, the grounding wire has passed a number of rigorous tests: after working continuously at 105℃ for 72 hours, the insulation performance does not significantly decay; after the 95% humidity environment aging test, the conductor corrosion rate is less than 0.01mm/year, ensuring long-term reliability in humid environments such as bathrooms, swimming pools, and chemical workshops. Whether as equipment protective grounding, lightning protection grounding, or anti-static grounding, this green-yellow grounding wire can build a solid safety barrier for the electrical system with its full specification adaptability and environmental tolerance.
